IRIOS Demonstrator

If you would like to experiment with the IRIOS demonstrator, it is now available at irios.unis4ne-system.net

  • User name = GUEST
  • Password = guest

To get you started, basic instructions as follows:

  1. Login with the above user name and password
  2. Click "Grants" on the main menu bar at the top of the page - this lists all grants in the system
  3. Three sample grants - "Sample Grant #1/2/3" - are available for testing purposes
  4. You can filter results using any of the parameters in the search panel
  5. Click on the "Export Grants to CERIF" option at the far right of the grey tab bar to export your filtered grants to CERIF
  6. You will be prompted to save the zip file to your local machine
  7. Unzip this file and you will see a collection of CERIF XML files which can then be imported into CERIF-compliant systems

To view a list of publications, select "Publications" from the "Search" option on the main menu bar at the top of the page

  1. Publications can be filtered in the same way as grants
  2. Four sample publications have been made available for testing purposes - "Sample Paper #1/2/3/4"
  3. To link a publication to a grant, click the publication name
  4. Click on "Link to Project" at the far right of the grey tab bar
  5. Type the word "Sample" in the search box - this will list the three sample grants you can link to
  6. Select one of the grants and click "Next"
  7. Click "Save" to link the grant and publication

Now, if you export grants to CERIF, you will see the linked publication exported as well.
